Vegan Chocolate Pudding
2 cups fortified soymilk or rice milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
5 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
5 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine milk, cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill.
This is a delicious, old-fashioned chocolate pudding. Recipe makes about 2 cups

Now.... I just need to get myself to making some. I can't wait to try it out. I love chocolate pudding!
Thanks for the recipe - my daughter is lactose intolerant so has never actually had pudding. So another thank you on her behalf :)
Thank you for the recipe! I am going to try it with roasted carob powder and see how it turns out. It looks delicious. :)
